Oxford Valves supplies selected gas connectors for cylinder, regulator and gas control equipment applications. Connector selection depends on the gas, country or regional standard, cylinder valve outlet, regulator inlet and application requirement.
NEN Standard Connectors
Oxford Valves supplies NEN standard cylinder valve connectors for selected cylinder, regulator and gas control connection requirements.
NEN connectors are selected according to the cylinder valve outlet and gas type. Common examples include Li2 for acetylene and Ri2 for oxygen. Final connector selection should be confirmed against the cylinder valve outlet, gas type and operating conditions.

DIN Standard Connectors
Oxford Valves supplies CGA standard cylinder valve connectors for selected U.S. cylinder, regulator and gas control connection requirements.
CGA connectors are selected according to the cylinder valve outlet and gas type. British Standard Connectors
Oxford Valves supplies British Standard cylinder valve connectors for selected cylinder, regulator and gas control connection requirements.
British Standard valve outlet connections are commonly selected according to the gas mixture classification. As a general guide, BS 15 connectors are used where the gas mixture contains both flammable and toxic components. BS 4 connectors are used where the mixture contains a flammable component but no toxic component. BS 14 connectors are used where the mixture contains a toxic component but no flammable component. BS 3 connectors are used where the mixture contains neither toxic nor flammable components.
Common BS examples include BS 3 for carbon dioxide, oxygen, nitrogen and zero air; BS 4 for carbon monoxide, methane, hydrocarbons and selected carbon monoxide / methane / oxygen gas mixtures; BS 14 for selected toxic, non-flammable gas mixtures; and BS 15 for hydrogen sulfide, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen cyanide, ammonia, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide and selected reactive calibration gas mixtures including H2S / CO / CH4 / O2 and H2S / CO / CO2 / CH4 / O2 mixtures.

High purity flexible hose assemblies for selected calibration gas, specialty gas and technical gas applications.
Flexible hose assemblies support cylinder-to-regulator, regulator-to-instrument and equipment-to-equipment connections where safe, flexible gas transfer is required.
Suitable applications may include flammable gases, toxic gases, high-purity gases and small molecule gas applications, subject to gas compatibility, pressure rating, hose material, end fittings and operating conditions.
